Shipping policy

Processing Times

All products are handmade in small batches.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.
During holidays or high-volume sales, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS based on the best available rate and delivery speed. All shipments include a tracking number, which will be emailed once your order ships.


Estimated Delivery Times (U.S.)

  • USPS First Class: 3–7 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

  • UPS Ground: 2–5 business days

Please note: These delivery windows are carrier estimates and may vary due to weather, seasonal delays, or carrier volume. Once shipped, delivery times are outside of our control.


Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found:

  1. Check with your household members or neighbors

  2. Wait 24 hours, as carriers occasionally scan early

  3. Contact USPS or UPS directly with your tracking number

We will assist in filing a carrier claim, but we do not replace or refund orders that show as delivered but are stolen or missing after delivery.


Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If you need to make a change, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer:

  • We cannot issue a refund.

  • If the package is returned to us, the customer must pay a new shipping fee to have it resent.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will replace or refund damaged items as quickly as possible.
