Refund policy

At Elegant Sasquatch Grooming, every product is made in small batches using carefully selected ingredients and intentional craftsmanship. Because our products are personal grooming items, we follow return standards designed to protect both customer safety and product integrity.

We believe clear expectations create better experiences, so please review the policy below before purchasing.


Personal Care & Hygiene Policy

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or tampered grooming products. This applies to all beard oils, balms, butters, washes, and related items.

Once a product has been opened, it cannot be resold or safely redistributed.


Unopened & Unused Returns

We accept returns on unopened and unused items only, provided all of the following conditions are met:

• The item is unopened, unused, and in original condition
• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
• Original packaging is intact

Return authorization is required before sending anything back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you ordered the wrong item or scent and it remains unopened and unused, you may return it under the conditions above and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will absolutely take care of it.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Scent Preferences

Scent is personal and subjective. While we provide detailed scent descriptions to help guide your choice, we cannot accept returns or refunds based on scent preference.

If you are unsure, we recommend starting with a smaller size before committing.


Sale & Limited Edition Items

All sale items, clearance products, collaborations, and limited editions are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.


Un-deliverable or Refused Packages

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or carrier issues are not eligible for refunds on original shipping costs. If the product is returned to us, a refund for the item cost only may be issued, minus shipping and handling fees.
